    I'd like to clarify my question that day: I was focused on the cultural approach to discourse the distinctive development of freedom in Lybia(North Africa in general) and China: is the so called Confucianism, the more obiedient national characteristics in China, vis-a-vis the comparatively tough temperament of their N.African counterpart, that diverges the outcome?
