PAN Asia MUN Conference Infro

Dear Delegates,
Pan Asia MUN is less than one week away. Before the start of the conference, we have included some important information in this mail. If there is anything unclear, please feel free to reach us at service@panasiamun.com    mun.ntnu@gmail.com

Overview
Considering the total number of delegates, this year, we aim to provide an intensive conference with warm service. Thus, we urge that every delegate speak up often in sessions. For the new beginners of MUN conference, the chairs will guide you at the beginning. Please feel free to contact your chair to have further discussion.
As for the events and activities, we have confidence that you will be amazed by them then. It will also be the perfect chance for you to make friends with the delegates in your committee, even delegates of other committees and the staff of organizing team.

Fee Waiver
If there is any delegate who has not applied for fee waiver online, please click the link on the website and fill out the form. The application will be closed on Saturday, November 27th.

Dress Code
During the conference, delegates should wear business attire. Conference name badges are also part of the dress code.

Spoken Language
Delegates are required to speak English throughout the conference and activities, except for the delegates in Chinese committee, who can speak Chinese in the sessions but still have to speak English out of the committee.

Registration information
Time: 11/29 Mon.8:30-11:00 (late registration till 15:00)
Place: NTUH International Convention Center on 4th floor, room 402 (台大國際會議中心)Procedure:

Step 3: Replacements
Delegates will be guided to the registration room and followed the registration procedure as soon as they entered the NTUH International Convention Center.

1. Delegates who applied for fee waiver will get your refund in the registration.
2. Please note that any replacement request made after November 29th will be asked to pay certain fee. Please also note that if the information is wrong on the badge, it may also be wrong on your participation certificate. So please make sure the placard and the information on the badge are correct at this period.
3. The same time, the PAMUN Organizing team offers you Rules of Procedure Training: Rules of Procedure Training sessions will be held every half an hour from 9:3010:30 in Room 203. All delegates are welcome. This activity is free of charge.
4. Opening Ceremony– Pan Asia MUN 2010 Opening Ceremony will start at 11:00pm in Room 201 on the 2nd Floor. Entrance starts at 10:30am.
5. Head Delegate Meeting – Head delegate meeting will be held every noon. This is a time for head delegates to raise any questionsabout the conference and give the organizing team feedback.
Single delegates are also welcomed. It will take place at Room 203 on the 2nd Floor and the exact time is in your conference handbook.

Half Day Trip
Delegates should gather at the meeting point for the shuttle bus for Half Day Trip at 13:00 on Tuesday. Please remember to bring a pair of sport shoes or sneakers, in which you feel comfortable to walk. There will be some special activities for delegates. Besides, we will provide a lunchbox for each delegate on that day.
